main ke Farm House Lembang

Sabtu kemarin Yangti ngajak ke Farm House Lembang yang lagi ngehits. Pengen tau aja kaya gimana. Soalnya liat foto teman Yangti disitu ko kayanya bagus. Hmm sempat ragu, karena biasanya B suka males ke tempat rame kaya gitu. Belum macetnya. Tapi gapapalah sekali-sekali. Biar bisa nyambung kalo ngobrol sama orang Jakarta hehe

Berangkat jam 8.15 dari rumah, weleh udah padat juga tuh arus ke Lembang. Sampe Farm House jam 9an pas buka. Buset udah banyak orang dan lapangan parkir udah hampir penuh. Banyak juga bus wisata yg sudah parkir. Untung tadi kami berangkat pagi.

Bayar tiket Rp 20rb per orang. Langsung dituker sosis bakar atau susu murni sebelum antrian nukernya panjang. Sosisnya enak! (secara satu grup sama Rumah Sosis). Susunya juga seger. Not bad.

Masuk ke dalam, ooh gini toh konsepnya si Farm House itu. Bangunannya didesain dengan arsitektur ala desa Eropa. Toko-tokonya mungil, ada yg jual pernak-pernik, makanan, minuman, sempat masuk ke toko yg jual bantal tapi gaya sulaman Turki. Coba kalo toko-tokonya jual barang yg gaya eropa mungkin lebih sip.

Abis itu ke area Petting Zoo. Disini ada yg katanya sih Rumah Hobbit tapi ga bisa masuk  (isinya kosong) cuma penampakannya aja yg ala-ala rumah hobbit.

Beli wortel 1 ikat isi 2-3 wortel, harganya Rp 5ribu. Naila kasih makan kelinci dan kambing. Kambingnya dikasi celana supaya kotorannya ga berceceran hehehe. Ada juga hamster, landak dan kura-kura. Juga beberapa jenis burung. Di sebelah toilet ternyata ada anak sapi juga. Naila senang disini karena sepi, mungkin karena posisinya agak ke belakang jadi ga banyak yg tau. Asik aja dia kasi minum susu dari botol buat anak-anak sapi. Satu botolnya Rp 20ribu. "Botolnya dipegang erat-erat ya kalo ngga, nanti diambil sapinya" kata si gembala penjaga sapi.

Sebenarnya cantik nih tempatnya tapi karena penuh orang, jadi kurang nyaman. Kalo bisa hindari datang pas weekend dan hari libur karena akan penuh sesak. Kalo terpaksa ya datang pagi-pagi pas buka jam 9. Kecuali kalo suka suasana rame banyak orang ya silakan datang kapan saja hehe

older is better

i'm getting old. every second. sometimes i wish to turn back time to fix mistakes i've made. but hey, those mistakes are great lessons in life dont you think? they make you learn, better, wiser. 

and i do hope the more i get old, the more i get better as a person, more skillful,  more beautiful inside.

Meryl Streep, Sting, George Clooney are those whom I think aging gracefully. they're not young anymore but there's something about them that I like, more than when they were young. 

i remember a friend said "someone showed me a photo of me 10 years ago, when i look younger. do i want to be back there again? nope, i like myself now. even with bit wrinkles and fat, but i feel more peaceful inside"

decoupage

holaaa mari mari melihat hasil karyaku di workshop arisan crafter bandung. ciamik yaaah hehehe minjem kata2 sherly temenku :p

udah lama pengen belajar decoupage, tapi ko kursusnya mahal2 yah.. eee ternyata pas arisan kmaren harganya sangatlah terjangkau. langsung daftar !

 ini alat2 yg dibutuhkan :
- kuas
- lem. bisa pake lem putih + air
- barang yang mau dihias : talenan, tas, meja, kursi, you name it! intinya, ketika kita tempelin kertas di atas bidang barang, jangan sampai ada udara terjebak di kertas. kita sapu pake kuas.
- kertas yang mau ditempel. sebenernya kmaren tuh istilahnya kalo ga salah servietten, karena kertasnya dari kertas tissue yg ada gambarnya.
- kertas koran untuk alas
- gunting untuk menggunting kertas
- lem furnish. bisa dibeli di toko cat atau toko kayu, cari yang water base.


dan inilah hasilnyaa ^^ mayan lah buat pemula hehehe

buat yang mau belajar decoupage, hati2 yaaa bikin ketagihan :D

arisan crafter bandung

selasa kmaren arisan dgn geng drafter bandung di Krang Kring seru ooy

juga karena sayah menang arisan hehehe lumayaaan

tempatnya ok, sejuk, banyak pilihan makanan dan harganya ga mahal. enak banget buat nogkrong. lah namanya aja Krang Kring, tempat buat nongkrong dan nangkring *halah*

trus ada mba Galuh dari deluniq yg bikin workshop yubiyami. kapan2 mau sharing deh cara ngerajut tanpa jarum ini ^^ (semoga belum lupa caranya).

Diaper bag

As a new mom, travelling with my baby will have a long what to carry list. Thank god i got this diaper bag from mor. Love the color, the diaper changing pad, and mini bag for liquid things ;)

Little Boss

Since i have a new boss, i devote myself to keep her satisfied.
Breastfeeding every 2 hour, restless nights, try to understand what she wants,
But it is all paid by a single smile or funny voice from this little lady ^^

i didnt take many pics since my personal photographer (a.k.a my hubby :p) must left early. and my phone run out of battery :(.

crafting sampe keriting

yesterday was so fun. i got a chance to meet dita, a lovely crafter who recently just launched her book Boneka Kaus Kaki. the tutorials are easy to follow and i enjoy it very much!
P.S. : i won another craft book as a prize hahaha that just complete my day^^

this is a garlic plushie, ordered by Sherly. so cute right? this garlic is a character from Sang Sayur comic.

have you heard about Sang Sayur? its the title of a comic made by Sherly, one of a few talented Indonesian comic artist.

I'm not really into comic or manga (last time i read it was Conan or Kungfu Boy when i was in college haha) but I think Sang Sayur offers something different from others. it contains local content but still manage to be highly appreciated by global audience. Sang Sayur is the only Indonesian manga who was nominated for International Manga Award in 2007. Furthermore, recently The US Library of Congress (the oldest federal cultural institution in the United States which also the largest library in the world) has invite Sang Sayur to be their collection. what an honour..

look at these cute little pillows! sooo adorable!

i did an art swap with nurul. i gave her my little cat and i'm so thankful for what she made for me.
really love her drawings. unique hand stroke, whimsy, yet it has a bit of gothic feel but still sweet.
and i worship her more for making it into emboidery. look at those little stiches!

expecting

helloooo.. i'm so sorry there's no new post for these past weeks. i was too exhausted to do something because of my morning sickness.
yes, i'm expecting a baby now. yay! its been 14 weeks and thx god the nauseous feel is starting to leave. now i wont feel guilty if i'm craving for 3 cups of icecream at once haha..

after the first project, vonny asked me to make 3 pairs of boy & girl dolls for her other exhibitions.

it was a pleasure making those plushies. specially the pants (which was the toughest one, actually :p).

finally i took pics of my cushions. actually these cushions were ready months ago. some of them are sold. but please forgive my laziness (blame my heavy camera!), i just had a chance to took their photos yesterday.
